“Therefore, don’t miss the once-in-a-year golden opportunity — grab the SJVN Silver Jubilee Merit Scholarship Scheme 2026, which is being conducted by HIMCON on behalf of the esteemed SJVN Foundation.” This scholarship is for deserving students who have passed their Class 12 from the states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The scholarship ultimately intends to aid students in building a bright and successful future for themselves.

Scholarship Benefits

  • 140 students will be selected.
  • Each selected student will receive ₹24,000 per year.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students must have passed Class 12 from CBSE, State Board, or ICSE boards with at least 60% marks.
  • BPL category students require 50% marks for application.
  • PWD (Persons with Disabilities) students require only passing marks.
  • There can be no restriction on domicile.
  • Students must be taking admission in any of the following bachelor’s degree courses. These include Engineering.

  • Medical courses such as MBBS are also eligible. Students pursuing these can apply.

  • Law courses like LL.B are accepted. Admission in such programs meets the criteria.

  • Students enrolled in Arts, Science, or Commerce are also eligible. These streams are included.

  • Courses in Agriculture, Horticulture, and Veterinary are covered. Candidates in these fields can apply.

  • Degrees in Computer Applications, Business Administration, and related fields are considered. These are valid under the scheme.

  • Students who are currently receiving another scholarship that supports their maintenance shall not be eligible. They must not be availing of any such benefit.

The SJVN Foundation team will select students based on their Class 12 marks.

How to Apply – Online Mode

  1. Visit the official website of the SJVN scholarship.
  2. Fill in the online application form carefully.
  3. Upload required documents:
    • Passport-size photo
    • Attested copy of Class 12 mark sheet
    • Copy of the first page of your bank passbook
  4. Submit the application form.
