JMS Merit Scholarship aims to assist bright and deserving students by offering funding for their education from 9th grade all the way through college, graduate school, and professional training. Eligibility

Family income must be less than 6 lakh applicable to all

Class 9 to 12

Students who qualify usually have to fulfil these requirements

Be a citizen of India.
Be studying in a recognized University/institution.
Achieve a minimum academic record of 75%.
Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree)

Basic requirements for eligibility

Admission to a recognized college/university.
Minimum 75% Class 12 percentage required

Post-Graduation (Master’s Degree)

Eligibility usually includes:

Completed undergraduate degree with minimum GPA.
Admission to a recognized postgraduate course.
Certain scholarships have research or fellowship aspects.

The students can be eligible if:

They have got admission through established entrance tests (NEET,
JEE, CLAT, etc.).
Meet minimum academic criteria.

Benefits of Scholarship

Receive a monthly scholarship of up to ₹1,000 based on the course duration.

For Class 9 to 10 ₹400 per month given for two years.
For Class 11 to 12 ₹500 per month given for two years.
For Graduation course ₹600 per month given to students for two or
three years as applicable.
For Post-Graduation course ₹700 per month given for two or three
years as applicable.
For Professional course ₹1,000 per month given for two or three
years as applicable.
