  • The student’s school must operate a Philately Club, or the student must enroll in a Philately Club under any Postal Circle.
  • Students need to open a Joint Account with their parents in India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) or Post Office Savings Bank to receive their scholarship money.

Selection Process

The selection of students will be based on two major activities conducted by respective Postal Circles:

  1. Project Work – Each student must prepare a project on a theme given by the Postal Circle, using 16 to 32 stamps.
  2. Philately Quiz – Students must participate in a quiz conducted by the Circle-level committee.

Final selection will be based on combined performance in both activities.
