Eligibility

Applicants need to fulfil these requirements to qualify for the scholarship:

• Student Registration

The person applying needs to be currently taking one of these programs:

• Industrial Training Institute (ITI)
  • Polytechnic/Diploma in a technical or vocational field
  • General Graduation (e.g., B.A., B.Sc., B.Com.)
  • Professional Graduation in a STEM discipline (e.g., B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Maths, BCA, etc.)
• School Achievement
  • You must have an overall score of at least 50% or the same grade in your most recent qualifying exam.
  • Students are required to progress consistently and successfully in their studies throughout the whole course duration.
• Financial Need
  • Students may be required to submit proof of income, such as a family income certificate or BPL card.
  • Students from low-income backgrounds will receive preference.
• Citizenship
  • The applicant must be a citizen of India and studying at a recognized institution within the country Ø Age Limit
  • As a rule, applicants must be between 16 to 25 years of age at the time of application (age relaxation in case of special categories).
• Additional Factors
  • First-generation students, girls, or applicants from less represented groups might be given preference, according to the program’s rules.
