Samsung Solve for Tomorrow India
With a mission to encourage youth to use STEM approaches to address pressing social problems, Samsung has announced Samsung Solve for Tomorrow India. The competition seeks solutions to real-world problems. Entries are open to youth in India aged 16 to 22. Students can participate in the competition by submitting their ideas on areas related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals for India. The winners will be rewarded with vouchers and a trip to the U.S. for an exciting experience.
The competition is now accepting applications for the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2022 contest. What is the Selection Process?
After the submission deadline, the winning teams will undergo a rigorous selection process. Samsung will award up to INR 1 crore in grants to the top three teams. Samsung’s national program is now in its third year. There are a total of 4,000 teams from across the country.
Benefits of Scholarships
The winners of the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow India contest will receive scholarships and mentorship from FIIT, IIT Delhi, and FITT, IIT Delhi. The winning teams will also receive Samsung hampers worth INR 1 lakh. Furthermore, the participants will be given an opportunity to visit Samsung India offices and centres and interact with Samsung employees.
